Hello, my name is Ceci!

I am absolutely in love with life. I love good vibes and I am a firm believer that LOVE is the greatest power of the UNIVERSE!

I started eating fruits and veggies when I was 23 years old. BOOM! Suddenly one day I started feeling curious about what food did to us and totally understood that the food is the fuel to our body… I could not believe what I was eating. They were divine! Every bite was an explosion of flavors and unique sensations. I felt balanced, lightweight, happier and full of energy.

This short experiment pushed me to continue investigating the matter and the idea of fruit and vegetable juices got me. I started researching and learning about their daily consumption and the benefits of this new trend called “juicing”.

That is how this adventure started.

RawJuz was born one afternoon in early 2013 with my brother and partner Robertino who is a professional Motorcycle racer. He introduced me  to a whole new lifestyle and nutrition called: Solar Nutrition. This essentially means eating foods at the appropriate time. After a long talk we decided to explore the idea of juicing based on Solar Nutrition.

So I started writing recipes ...

Now, after almost 2 years since I started this lifestyle, I feel like a completely different person. I just graduated with an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and I am Health Coach from IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition).
